Clear terms. Fair decisions.
Last Updated: 3 September 2026

At CLARRX, we aim to keep our payment and refund terms clear before you enrol. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may or may not be available for CLARRX courses, learning programmes, mentorship, live classes, and other paid educational services.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to paid CLARRX digital educational services, including recorded courses, mentor-supported learning, live classes, 1-to-1 learning services, and other paid learning access offered by CLARRX. It should be read together with the CLARRX Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

General Refund Rule

Because CLARRX services involve digital course access, educational content, scheduled teaching, and learning services that may begin immediately after enrolment, payments are generally non-refundable once the purchased course or service has been activated, access has been provided, or the applicable service has commenced.

Before Access or Service Begins

If a cancellation request is received before the relevant digital course access is activated and before the applicable service has commenced, CLARRX may review the request for a refund. Any refund will be subject to the applicable payment terms, verification, and any costs or deductions that cannot reasonably be reversed.

Trial, Demo & Preview Access

Where CLARRX offers a free trial, diagnostic experience, demo class, preview, or other evaluation opportunity, users are encouraged to use it to understand the learning approach, course format, and suitability before purchasing. A purchase made after such evaluation is considered a voluntary purchase of the selected Service.

Exceptional Refund Situations

A refund may be considered in limited circumstances where there is a genuine issue affecting the transaction or delivery, including:

  • A verified duplicate payment for the same Service.
  • A verified technical or platform error attributable to CLARRX or its service infrastructure that prevents the learner from receiving the purchased access or Service.
  • Another exceptional circumstance where a refund is required under applicable law.

Situations Generally Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after enrolment or purchase.
  • Partial or substantial use of a course or Service after access has been provided.
  • Failure to use the course or platform after access has been granted.
  • Missed, unattended, or voluntarily skipped live or scheduled sessions.
  • Dissatisfaction with marks, academic progress, examination results, or other academic outcomes.
  • A learner’s personal decision to discontinue studying after the Service has commenced.
  • Internet, device, electricity, or connectivity problems on the user’s side.
  • Failure to meet a learner’s personal expectations where the purchased Service was delivered substantially as described.

Cancellation of Future Participation

You may choose to stop participating in a CLARRX Service or decide not to renew a future period, where applicable. Stopping future participation does not automatically create a refund for an active or completed access period. Where access has already been granted, it may remain available until the end of the applicable period unless otherwise restricted under the Terms & Conditions.

Technical Access Problems

If you cannot access a purchased Service because of a technical problem, please contact CLARRX as soon as possible. We will first make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve the issue or restore access. Where a verified issue caused by CLARRX prevents delivery of the purchased Service and cannot reasonably be resolved, the matter may be considered for an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

Payment & Duplicate Transactions

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same CLARRX Service, contact us with the relevant transaction details. Verified duplicate transactions may be eligible for correction or refund.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be sent to support@clarrx.com with enough information for us to identify the purchase and understand the reason for the request.

  • Learner or purchaser name
  • Registered email address or mobile number
  • Course or Service purchased
  • Transaction or payment reference, where available
  • Date of purchase
  • Brief explanation of the issue or refund request

Review of Requests

Refund requests are reviewed based on the Service purchased, whether access or delivery has commenced, the reason for the request, relevant transaction records, technical information where applicable, and any requirements under applicable law. CLARRX may request reasonable information or verification before making a decision.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or through an appropriate payment mechanism. The time taken for the amount to appear in the user’s account may depend on the payment provider or bank. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Policy Changes

CLARRX may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, payment practices, or applicable law. The “Last Updated” date will be changed when revisions are made. The policy applicable to a purchase will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at the time of purchase.
